Mark Levy

Mark Levy has 30+ years of expertise in growing revenue, relationships and skillsets for business owners, leaders, managers, sales teams, and local advertisers. As President of Revenue Development Resources (RDR) and former VP and GSM of the Radio Advertising Bureau, he is one of the most in-demand media sales trainers and consultants in the US and abroad.

Mark’s abilities to teach, train and motivate, while thoroughly entertaining his audience, have led him to be a frequent presenter at RAB, National Association of Broadcasters, Small Market Television Exchange, International IDEABANK, National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters and Broadcast Education Association conferences. In addition, Mark has spoken to the Inland Press and New York Press Associations, Independent Outdoor Owners, dozens of state broadcast organizations, and internationally in Barbados, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Guatemala, South Africa and Trinidad.

Mark served as lead instructor for the Florida A&M NAB Education Foundation Media Sales Institute and as guest instructor for the NABEF’s Executive Development Seminar. He is a trainer on the LBS Video Training Series, speaker for numerous Chambers of Commerce and other civic groups, as well as National Guard Battalions looking to grow their recruitment numbers.

Mark’s broad ranges of experience and expertise have allowed him to strategically align clients’ business strategies with proven techniques that grow teams, sales and revenue.  He has coached thousands of business owners, leaders, managers, and sales executives using his humorous, pragmatic, yet laser-focused, style.

Because of his extensive successful experience with inventory management, cross-platform marketing, and the daily issues of running flourishing media properties, Mark delivers a “been there, done that, learned from it and “capitalized on it” approach that leaves his clients and audiences solidly equipped, well-trained, and wanting more. This has translated into millions of dollars in sales for newspaper, radio, television and out-of-home media companies, local businesses, and the managers and sales executives who call on them.

One of a handful of RAB Certified Radio Marketing Experts, Mark is a two-time winner of the McVay Media “General Manager of the Year” award. Even more importantly, he has seen many of his former employees rise to Director of Sales, General Manager and consultant positions across the country.

Mark and his wife of 33 years, Atty. Holly Levy, live in Dallas. They have two grown sons, Atty. Tyler Levy and Cody Levy, and a daughter-in-law, Briana Levy. A former horse jockey and an avid percussionist, Mark has played in and recorded with a wide variety of bands for over 40 years, including the Gateway Church Worship Team. He is a collector of antique drums, Jerry Garcia ties and a “wishful” collector of large fish.


Holly Levy

Holly Levy manages the RDR® staff and oversees all operations of RDR®’s training and growth programs and client services. She practiced law in Ohio for 13 years and served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at the University of Akron School of Law and an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University. After moving from Ohio, she worked for 7 years as a station/client customer service liaison for radio and television broadcasters and their clients. In 2011, she co-founded Revenue Development Resources®.

One of Holly’s professional accomplishments of which she is most proud is co-founding the Mahoning County, Ohio CASA Program which trains community volunteers to represent abused and neglected children in court proceedings. Another is serving in the Generous Life Financial Stewardship Ministry at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, teaching classes on financial stewardship aimed at encouraging generous lives.

Holly has been married to Mark Levy for over 32 years. Holly and Mark live in Dallas, have two grown sons, Tyler and Cody, and share the house with a black “shpoodle” named Max.

Holly’s training as an attorney, practice in the legal field, and years of working side-by-side with media companies and businesses have given her an understanding of the needs and challenges in a competitive economic climate, and the significance of excellence in customer service as a critical key to revenue development and business growth.

Her attention to detail and passion for customer service ensure that both RDR® clients and their clients receive that excellence in both day-to-day service and product delivery.
