Mark’s passion to see individuals and businesses thrive, combined with his abilities to teach, train and entertain, have led him to present to hundreds of audiences. He has been a frequent speaker for the National Association of Broadcasters, Radio Advertising Bureau, Small Market Television Exchange, International IDEABANK, National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters, Broadcast Education Association conferences, dozens of state broadcasters organizations, and internationally in Barbados, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Guatemala, South Africa and Trinidad.
In addition, Mark has spoken for the Inland Press and New York Press Associations, Independent Outdoor Owners, numerous Chambers of Commerce, CPA groups, civic groups and privately-owned companies striving to grow, as well as National Guard Battalions looking to multiply their recruitment numbers. Mark and his wife of 34 years, Atty. Holly Levy, co-founded and have operated RDR together since 2011, and remain happily married. They live in Dallas and have two sons, Atty. Tyler Levy and Cody Levy, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Briana Levy who is married to Cody. Mark is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Camp County, TX and Grapevine, TX Chambers of Commerce and serves as a Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. A former horse jockey and an avid percussionist, Mark has played in and recorded with a wide variety of bands for over 40 years, including the Gateway Church Worship Team. He is a collector of antique drums, Jerry Garcia ties and a “wishful” collector of large fish.

Holly Levy serves as Vice President and “Chief People & Client Experience Officer” of Revenue Development Resources (RDR). Holly co-founded RDR in 2011 with her husband of 34 years, Mark Levy. Together and still happily married, Holly and Mark speak about how to develop impactful leaders and organizational cultures that foster robust teams and steadfast customer-company affiliations. Holly’s “People First” leadership approach continues to drive exponential value to her clients and audiences, and is recognized as a main catalyst behind RDR’s growth in salesforce effectiveness and team performance levels.
Her commitment to “daily growth toward innovation,” and ability to identify and harness connectivity potential that others often overlook, is serving to expand RDR’s brand through unique collaboration ventures with other entities. She thrives on mentoring and coaching others to recognize, and employ their gifts, to construct environments that cultivate positive business, personal and professional relationships.
Known for her skills at prioritization, problem-solving, strategic planning, and tactical execution, Holly has developed and managed RDR’s organizational and operational strategy. Her aptitude for striking the healthy balance between systems and the “human element” has enabled her to orchestrate alignment among all company initiatives, clients and partners to produce tangible results via solid business increase.
Prior to co-founding RDR, Holly practiced law in Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Akron and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law. She served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at the University of Akron School of Law and an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University. Holly also worked in the media industry, for Sun Media Systems and Press Promotions, as a customer service liaison to hundreds of media clients and their advertisers.
Currently Holly is a member of the Camp County, TX and Grapevine, TX Chambers of Commerce and serves as a Grapevine Chamber Ambassador. One of Holly’s professional accomplishments of which she is most proud is co-founding the Mahoning County, Ohio CASA Program which trains community volunteers to represent abused and neglected children in court proceedings. She also co-founded and launched the Stand For Children Mahoning County, Ohio Chapter.
Holly and Mark, live in Dallas. They have two amazing sons, Atty. Tyler Levy and Cody Levy, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Briana Levy who is married to Cody. To get away and rest, Holly loves writing, reading and escaping to the country with Mark to outcatch him in fish.
