Holly Levy

Holly Levy serves as Vice President and “Chief Impact Officer” of Revenue Development Resources (RDR). Holly co-founded RDR in 2011 with her husband of 34 years, Mark Levy. Together and still happily married, Holly and Mark speak on how to develop impactful leaders and organizational cultures that foster robust teams and steadfast customer-company affiliations. 

Holly has managed RDR’s organizational and operational strategy, recognizing the immeasurable value of daily growth toward impact, people first leadership, and the art of viewing issues and challenges as opportunities in disguise. Striking a healthy balance between systems and the “human element” has enabled her to align company initiatives, clients and partners to produce tangible results via solid business increase.She thrives on mentoring and coaching others to recognize and employ their gifts, and on how to construct environments that cultivate positive business, personal and professional relationships.

Prior to co-founding RDR, Holly practiced law in Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Akron and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law. She served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at the University of Akron School of Law and an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University. Holly also worked in the media industry, as a customer service liaison to hundreds of media clients and their advertisers.

Currently Holly is a member of the Camp County, TX and Grapevine, TX Chambers of Commerce and serves as a Grapevine Chamber Ambassador. One of Holly’s professional accomplishments of which she is most proud is co-founding the Mahoning County, Ohio CASA Program which trains community volunteers to represent abused and neglected children in court proceedings. 

Holly and Mark live in Dallas. They have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Holly loves writing, reading and escaping to the country with Mark where she can outcatch him in fish.
