If Your Team Calls On Restaurants, Today’s Dallas Morning News Article Should Help

An article ran in today’s Dallas Morning News, titled “Index of Eating Indicators.”

The article shows the American Customer Service Index rates for the nation’s largest restaurants on a scale of 0 to 100. Admittedly, it is a partial list (the complete list is probably available through American Customer Service Index) but it is still a good tool to take to local franchisees to show how more and better advertising can help them get new customers, keep those customers, or in the case of those restaurants not scoring well, woo customers back. Be sure to take to your local restaurants as well, so they can see what they are up against.
